Notes:
- For your 40-hour work week, you have the option of working five eight-hour days, Monday thru Friday, or working four ten-hour days, either Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Friday

Job Description:

Notes:
- The position of Project Manager/Estimator (PM/E) requires a variety of disciplines. The individual must have good communication and negotiation skills when talking with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing personnel. They also need to be detailed in understanding the customer’s needs and determining the most economical way to get items fabricated. They will work within the company’s ERP system and use spreadsheets to calculate selling prices and margins. The PM/E will be solely responsible for a project from conception to completion while maintaining company standards, profit margins, and clear, precise information for everyone involved. 3 years of Project Management is preferred. People with a criminal record can apply.
Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift, M-F, On-site Position)
Salary: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year plus bonus opportunities
